Portfolio
At Bank of America, I write and refine UX content across high-stakes customer touchpoints—including alerts (email, SMS, MMS, push) and customer-facing web pages—translating complex, regulated information into clear, timely, and actionable guidance. I partner closely with design, product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure content meets strict compliance standards while supporting smooth handoffs, rapid iteration, and user trust. Previously, at TIAA, I crafted content for people thinking about their future financial health, translating policy-heavy material into approachable guidance that reduced cognitive load and supported better decisions. From wireframes to microcopy, I shaped language that fit seamlessly into flows while maintaining precision and empathy. At Ro and NOCD, I built content libraries and in-product education for people navigating moments of real vulnerability. At Prometheus, I turned investment jargon into accessible insights across video, articles, and social content. At IN2, I adapted sensitive global health messaging for U.S. audiences. I started in journalism, which taught me how to find the story and tell it with purpose. As a UX writer and content strategist, I bring that editorial rigor to digital products.
